Shafoli Kapur is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of TDOT Immigration and a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant licensed by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants, also known as CICC. She is also authorized to represent clients before the Immigration and Refugee Board of Canada.
As an immigrant, entrepreneur, single mother, community advocate, and leader, Shafoli’s journey is rooted in resilience, courage, and purpose.
What began as a pursuit of stability for her own family grew into a larger mission to build an immigration firm where clients feel informed, supported, respected, and genuinely cared for.
Through TDOT Immigration, Shafoli has helped thousands of individuals, families, students, workers, entrepreneurs, and businesses navigate Canada’s immigration system with clarity and confidence. Her expertise spans Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, work permits, family sponsorships, humanitarian applications, refugee matters, and IRB proceedings.
Beyond immigration, Shafoli believes deeply in giving back to society. Through mentorship, community initiatives, charitable support, public service, and her work with HerShield Network Foundation, she continues to support and uplift people in ways that often go unseen.

She stood as a candidate for Member of Provincial Parliament in Niagara Falls, stepping into a public, contested race most founders never risk, because she believes leadership shows up where it is needed, not just where it is comfortable. It was never about winning a title. It was about proving that an immigrant woman, a single mother, and a small-business founder could stand for her community at the highest level and be taken seriously.
