TDOT Immigration
The Global Talent Stream is Canada’s fast-track LMIA pathway for employers hiring in-demand tech and specialized roles. Eligible positions can receive LMIA processing in as little as two weeks - a fraction of the standard timeline. But qualifying isn’t automatic: the role must meet specific criteria, and the application must clearly establish the worker’s unique expertise. Errors at this stage forfeit the speed advantage entirely.
We assess your role against GTS Category A and Category B criteria to confirm eligibility before you commit to the process. We prepare both the employer’s GTS application and the worker’s concurrent work permit application so both move in parallel. Our goal is to get your hire across the finish line in the fastest legally permissible time.
Book a free, no-obligation assessment with our CICC-licensed team. We'll review your situation and recommend the strongest pathway.
