Spousal Sponsorship - Full Package (PR + Visitor Visa + SCLPC Work Permit)

This is our most comprehensive spousal pathway, designed to keep families together from the day the application is submitted until the day permanent residence is approved. The Spouse or Common-Law Partner in Canada (SCLPC) open work permit allows your partner to work in Canada while the PR application is in process, subject to current IRCC eligibility rules for this category.
